Through the American Stroke Association’s Together to End Stroke initiative, we're helping educate Americans that stroke is largely preventable, treatable and beatable  -- with the goal of reducing death and disability from stroke.

Join us in our efforts by telling us your stroke story and sharing accompanying photos. Whether you are a stroke caregiver, survivor, support group leader, family member or friend, we want to hear from you.

Let us know how you or someone you know is preventing, treating or beating stroke. Your uplifting story could help empower others to learn more about stroke. Let’s work together to end stroke.
