The Salem-Keizer School District is the second largest district in Oregon. There are 42 elementary schools, 11 middle schools, 8 high schools, and 4 charter schools.
Our Partnership
The American Heart Association and Salem-Keizer School District have partnered to increase physical activity opportunities for elementary and middle school students through our Oregon Kids Move with Heart project. We support teachers by providing technical assistance, providing tools and resources, and highlighting successes locally and statewide.
