HealthSouth of Toms River's monthly Stroke Support group is a community resource for both in-house patients, stroke survivors with the community and their caregivers. The purpose is to create a safe place for stroke survivors and caregivers to come relate to s who have experienced stroke. Monthly guest speakers share educational topics of interest that relate to stroke and special activities are planned within the community throughout the year.
