Having a stroke or caring for someone who has had a stroke can be an isolating experience, but you are not alone. Morton Plant North Bay Hospital offers free support groups for stroke survivors and caregivers. Learn about the latest stroke treatments, get tips for daily living and connect with others in the stroke community. Seeking support from fellow stroke survivors and caregivers can greatly benefit the recovery process. So if you or someone you love has experienced a stroke, attend a monthly support group meeting and gain the information and inspiration you need to make the most of each day. Light breakfast served each meeting.
