Agenda
Introductions, round table sharing experiences, since last meeting. Welcome new attendees. Review of educational tact sheets from AHA website. Read stories of hope, inspiration and living from the Stroke Connection Magazine. Educational presentations will vary. In the past we have had OT/PT, Speech, Nutrition, Neurology and Chaplin services present and speak to the group. Questions answered. Support offered and given. Our hope is to connect with survivors and caregivers and inspire them to move forward.
Notes
Survivors, caregivers, and family members are also able to share concerns, knowledge, experiences and day to day issues amongst themselves.
