Agenda
Be a part of the group centered on healing, resilience and empowerment led by stroke survivors and caregivers. The facilitators acknowledge that everyone's recovery journey is different and welcome all participants. The sessions will support you through your recovery challenges, provide opportunities for you to share your experiences, lend peer support, and be tailored to your needs.

Topics May Include:-Preventing a recurrence, positive lifestyle, and diet information-Emotional wellness and caregiver support-Safety in the home-living with a disability-Financial wellness/living will-Medication information and management-Community resources and services.
