Agenda
Attendees include survivors and caregivers. Survivors range in age, stroke severity and functional levels. Topics vary but have included caregiver support, secondary prevention, new technologies in stroke treatment, rehabs, community support and understanding medications and diet. Guest speakers invited. Attendance is FREE. Refreshments provided.
Notes
We usually plan two community outings per year and we have a pot-luck Christmas party. We have also enjoyed having survivor/caregiver testimonials. Attendance generally ranges from 6-30 people per month
