Agenda
Our support group meets virtually twice per month and is free to all participants. Our groups provide support and education with speakers, conversation, and encouragement. Join other stroke survivors to talk about recovery, family relationships and idea to resume community activities.
Notes
INSPIRE is a dynamic program for stroke survivors and their families offered by Park Nicollet and HealthPartners. INSPIRE provides stroke education, community programs, support groups and wellness offerings. INSPIRE gives participants the opportunity to connect, encourage one another, volunteer in the community, and participate in many other unique possibilities. We move each other forward through encouragement and understanding.
