Speaker on assorted topics-not necessarily medical/health. Sometimes cultural or social topic/speaker. Always sharing with group bonding social time.
Notes
Group doesn't always meet same places in the community with activity or interest(like the library, or museum,etc). Tries to avoid meeting at care facilities/hospitals so as to avoid association with illness or disability. Group leader makes health care facilities aware group exists to encourage referrals of new stroke survivors and caregivers.
