This group gathers for conversation, support and education. We share experiences with Drs., medication, therapy and daily living. Often we invite a speaker-someone who can give information on care, diet, exercise, general well-being, etc.

Meeting November-April. The group is small, friendly, accepting. We are part of a senior community-age restrictive to 55+.
