Agenda
The Clubhouse Program is based on the universally utilized Clubhouse Model which involves the individual in the day-to-day work of the organization. Through participation in productive activities, individuals focus on abilities and compensate for deficits. This structured setting allows for maximum success and the ability to transfer skills to the real world. The Clubhouse's greatest unique quality is that it is mutually beneficial and self-perpetuating for both the individual and the organization. As the individual learns through the daily operations, the organization as a business is continued. As the individual thrives, so does the organization, which then allows it to expand and assists s. So the cycle continues.
